HRDA-approved weekend course · Cyprus

You built the business. Now stop being its bottleneck.

Fourteen hours, one weekend, and a business that is designed to run without you in every decision.

Business Architect is for Cyprus business owners in any industry. You find exactly where the business depends on you, define where it is going, and build the decision rules and 90-day schedule to get there. You work on your own business the whole weekend.

The reality

If the business stops when you step away, you are the system.

If decisions slow down when you are unavailable, you are the system. If work stops when you are not involved, you are the system. If clients trust only you, you are the system. That is a job disguised as a company.

You did not build this problem by accident. You built it by being good. You solved the hardest problems and handled clients better than anyone, and that is how the business started. But the more capable you are, the more involved you become, and the more dependent the business becomes.

Technical mastery is not business mastery. Doing the work and running the business need different thinking. Most owners try to do both, and end up doing neither well.

The solution

Business Architect: learn to be the owner, not the busiest employee.

This is a practical course for owners who care about their clients and their team, and who are tired of trading time, health and family for a business that cannot run without them. The weekend covers the first three modules of a ten-module programme.

Real implementation

Every method is a worksheet you complete on your own business, with your own clients and your own numbers.

One problem at a time

You fix one bottleneck properly before you move to the next, instead of trying to change everything.

Systems, not control

When something fails, you fix the system, not the person, and you do not take the work back.

Owner freedom

The aim is a business run through clear seats, standards and decision rules, not through you.

What you get

Three modules, built into one working plan.

Fourteen hours of live training and a structured workbook for each module. Each module's output feeds the next, so by the end of the weekend the pieces connect.

Module1

From Here To There

Find where the business depends on you and why. You trace seven observable bottlenecks back to the four things an owner tells themselves, fix one using a three-step system, then work out which of the six owner roles you are still filling and which one the business actually needs.

Module2

Direction Through Client-Centric Thinking

You cannot hand work to others without direction. You define what the business must give you personally, test your real clients to find who you serve best, check what clients say they value against what you believe you deliver, and combine all of it into a strategic roadmap.

Module3

Decisions, Direction, Execution

You turn direction into decisions your team can make without you. You fix one recurring problem with a tested method, plan backward from your destination, write standing rules for your strategic decisions, choose the single priority that makes the others easier, and commit to a dated 90-day schedule.

01

Your diagnosis

Your main bottleneck, the cause behind it, and your current role against the role the business needs.

02

Your direction

A Personal North Star, a named Dream Client, a Value Statement and a Strategic Roadmap.

03

Your decision rules

A tested fix for one recurring problem and three Operating Principles your team can apply without asking you.

04

Your 90-day schedule

One sharply chosen priority, what you will not work on, and first actions you can start within 48 hours.

These are documents you produce in the course. Business results depend on how you apply them, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. See the results disclaimer.

What is different

Why this is not another business seminar.

Most business training is built on one person's success story. Business Architect combines academic research with thirty years of working inside real businesses. The frameworks are original to the programme, and where an idea comes from someone else, we name the source.

The weekend

Two days, in a room, working on your business.

This is a working session, not a lecture. You bring your real clients, your real numbers and a real recurring problem, and you leave with decisions made.

  • 14 hours of live training over one weekend
  • A workbook for each module, filled in as you go
  • Each method applied to your own business before the next begins
  • A signed, dated 90-day schedule you take home

What it is designed to change

When the business runs on seats and standards.

These are the goals the course is built around. They are not promises or past results.

Fewer things route through you

Each bottleneck you fix gets a rule, a standard and one named owner.

Ownership, not tasks

Responsibilities move to a seat with a clear decision boundary and a defined expectation.

The right role for you

You see which of the six owner roles you are still filling, and which one the business needs from you.

Better clients

You find the clients who leave the most in the business and decide whether to pursue more of them.

Decisions without you

Standing rules let your team handle recurring situations correctly, in advance.

Focus you can keep

One priority per quarter, a clear list of what you will not do, and a plan rebuilt every 90 days.

The method

See how it is built before you decide.

There are no past participants yet, so we show the method instead: the seven bottlenecks, the four causes, the six owner roles, and the research behind the methods.
